- Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends & holidays). Please keep in mind that due to transit & supply chain challenges, some items may ship separately or be delayed. This will ALWAYS be communicated.
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Be sure to check your email (and spam folder) for updates.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
Please know that I'm not Amazon! 🩷 I'm a small business run by one woman with a whole lotta heart & a whole lotta hustle. I keep a great inventory, but it's possible your item may need to be ordered from our warehouse, & then shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on items with a motor. Warranty is void without purchase of toy cleaner & toy tote for proper care.
