- Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends & holidays).ย Please keep in mind that due to transit & supply chain challenges, some items may ship separately or be delayed.ย This will ALWAYS be communicated.
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). ย All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Be sure to check your email (and spam folder) for updates.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. There is a 1 year manufacturer warranty on items with a motor. Warranty is void without purchase of toy cleaner & toy tote for proper care.
